You can add it into "Favorites": open your game client, open "find servers", select "Favorites", click with right button in "Favorites" window and select "Add server by IP address", type css.shot.su or 188.127.242.163 into text input and click on the "Add this address to favorites".
Server is working in DeathMatch mode, unlimited hegrenades and ammo.
