While DE-CIX New York is growing exponentially, the other DE-CIX exchanges are also seeing steady growth. Since January 1st, 2014, 84 new customers have joined DE-CIX in Frankfurt.
93 new customers joined DE-CIX in 2013, so with 84 new customers by mid-September, we are heading for a new record in 2014!

A warm welcome and happy peering at DE-CIX!

The fifth DE-CIX Customer Summit on October 15, 2014, is open to all DE-CIX customers, prospects and invited guests. We expect up to 130 peering managers, network planners and carrier's carrier representatives.
This year’s Customer Summit is special: The agenda includes speakers like Prof. Udo Helmbrecht (CEO, ENISA), Paul Pratley (Investigations Manager, Verizon) and Jonathan Hjembo (Senior Analyst, TeleGeography). Various sessions will be broadcasted live between Frankfurt and New York.
In addition to an interesting topical agenda, the one-day event provides room for attendees to discuss bilateral peering and business opportunities. This year’s agenda includes various presentations on peering and Internet security and the development of Internet hubs. 
In addition, we offer you the opportunity to attend a Peering Workshop in Frankfurt on the day before the Customer Summit. The workshop is open to everyone who wants to better understand how successful peering should be designed and maintained.
