Warrens Á€“ Governor Scott Walker today toured the cranberry bogs at Russell Rezin & Son Cranberry Marsh, a fifth generation family farm in Warrens, the Á€œCranberry Capital of Wisconsin.Á€«  The Warrens Cranberry Festival always runs the last full weekend of September, and is the worldÁ€™s largest and oldest cranberry festival.

Columbus Á€“ Today, Governor Scott Walker attended a ribbon cutting ceremony at Fromm Family Foods to celebrate the expansion at the companyÁ€™s Columbus location, which has created 75 new jobs over the past three and a half years.

Madison Á€“ Governor Scott Walker has issued a proclamation kicking off the official start of a year-long celebration of golf in Wisconsin in advance of the 2015 PGA Championship, which will be held August 10-16, 2015, at Whistling Straits in Kohler. The theme of the celebration is Á€œTeeing It Up with the PGA Championship.Á€«

MadisonÁ€“Governor Scott Walker today announced the appointment of former Outagamie County District Attorney Vincent Biskupic to fill the vacancy left by The Honorable Dee R. Dyer.

MadisonÁ€“Governor Scott Walker today announced the appointment of Josann Reynolds to the Dane County Circuit Court to fill the vacancy left by the retirement of Judge Maryann Sumi.

Á€œI am pleased to appoint Josann Reynolds to the circuit court bench. She has extensive experience in the private sector, both as an attorney and as a business owner,Á€« said Governor Walker. Á€œIt is the job of a circuit court judge to apply the law carefully and impartially in a wide variety of cases, and Josann ReynoldsÁ€™ broad experience, extensive knowledge, and commitment to the rule of law will serve her well in this role.Á€«
